Established in 2000 the Law Office of Neal R. Rosenthal is a plaintiff's law firm representing injured individuals in Southern California for over 30 years.
At the Law Office of Neal R. Rosenthal, APC we want our clients to feel comfortable. At our firm we promote a casual yet professional work environment.
We strive to keep client appointments on time and as expeditious as possible. We understand most of our clients work the same hours we do and so we specialize in the "lunch break appointments" ensuring our clients are in and out within one hour unless more time is required to competently handle all matters.
Sometimes a "lunch break appointment" or telephone appointment is not sufficient and in those circumstances, we will open our doors to clients on Saturdays so we can meet client needs in accordance with their busy schedules.
When you retain the Law Office of Neal R. Rosenthal, APC to assist you with a personal injury matter, no money is owed to us unless and until you win your case (some exceptions apply). Fee arrangements are fully disclosed in writing and discussed with clients at the initial meetings. There is no fee owed if you meet with us but decide not to retain our services. Initial consultations for all matters are always free.
There are certain legal services which may require a retainer fee be paid in advance to work performed. Please inquire about your potential legal matter to determine what type of fee arrangements will be arranged prior to representation.
